Program Structure
- Open & Inclusive Program:
This program is designed for individuals from all backgrounds and disciplines—from curious learners to seasoned Web3 contributors. Whether you’re new to blockchain or already part of the ecosystem, HeLa offers you the opportunity to learn, build, and grow with a global network of innovators.
- Tenure:
Each Ambassador will serve a 6-month term during which their performance and contributions will be closely tracked.
- Milestone-Based Progression:
Every track (Developer, Community, or Partnership) will include defined milestones that determine your progress and point allocation. These milestones help Ambassadors climb the leadership ladder and unlock higher-tier roles and rewards.
- Inactivity Policy:
If an Ambassador remains inactive or unresponsive for two consecutive months, they may be offboarded or become ineligible for ongoing program benefits. Consistency and engagement are key to sustaining your position.
Application Process
- Complete the HeLa Ambassador Application Form
- Highlight your previous work or community contributions (if applicable)
- Await a review and next-step email from the team
- If needed, we’ll schedule an interview to learn more about your experience and impact
- Receive your final selection update via email + Contract to sign.
