We are seeking motivated and experienced Blockchain Sales and Ecosystem Builder to join our dynamic team. You will play a critical role in expanding our blockchain ecosystem, raising funds for our projects, and driving sales in the blockchain space.

What You Will Do at Hela Labs?

Proactively engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs and pain-points to tailor the blockchain solutions.
Nurture strategic partnerships within blockchain, Web3 and crypto to enhance our market presence and facilitate the adoption of blockchain solutions.
Identify, onboard, and manage ecosystem partners, including blockchain projects, start-ups, investors, and developers.
To create compelling proposals, deliver sales presentations, negotiate contracts, close deals and ensure successful project delivery.
Build and maintain a sales pipeline, conduct market research to identify target clients and provide regular reports on sales performance to stakeholders..
Work very closely with channel partners, including the marketing team, to generate leads and complete the sales cycle
Collaborate with the marketing team to organize online and offline events for lead generation.

Our Ideal Candidates Would Have:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
2- 3 years proven track record in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably within the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong network and relationships within the blockchain industry, including crypto founders, VCs, startups, investors, and industry influencers.
Proven ability to thrive in a team environment.
